Saturday’s winners on breeding


Five local stallions had winners at Ascot on Saturday. The $100,000 Listed Detonator Stakes was taken out by Star Exhibit, the son of Statue Of Liberty who stood in Victoria.

The most impressive winner on the day was the exciting Maschino mare Fabergino. The Tiarnna Robertson trained mare lumped 60 kilograms and won by four lengths, taking her record to six starts for five wins and one placing.

Maschino stands at Alwyn Park and has had twenty-one to race for 7 winners including stakes placed performer  Cup Night.
